Upgrade to SP1, now can't add boot images.

Question

This is my first post here, and let me say, I greatly appreciate all the excellent guides and information found here. I have ran into a snag, I have just finished upgrading my SCCM 2012 installation to SP1, as many seem to have run into, my boot images did not update. I found a post here, and following it, I removed my boot images, and proceeded to add the new ones from the ADK, however, that failed, here is the error from the log.

Failed to copy file '\\server\SMS_xxx\OSD\\bin\x64\ccmcore.dll' to 'C:\Windows\TEMP\BootImages\{B8DC6354-EC90-4637-912C-CEE624CEBE42}\mount\sms\bin\x64\ccmcore.dll' SMS Provider 5/6/2013 10:12:30 AM 884 (0x0374)
Checking for alternate file for 'ccmcore.dll' SMS Provider 5/6/2013 10:12:30 AM 884 (0x0374)
ERROR> Failed to copy OSD files. SMS Provider 5/6/2013 10:12:30 AM 884 (0x0374)
*~*~e:\nts_sccm_release\sms\siteserver\sdk_provider\smsprov\sspbootimagepackage.cpp(3687) : Failed to insert OSD binaries into the WIM file~*~* SMS Provider 5/6/2013 10:13:36 AM 884 (0x0374)
*~*~Failed to insert OSD binaries into the WIM file ~*~* SMS Provider 5/6/2013 10:13:36 AM 884 (0x0374)

After doing some digging, I do not have an OSD directory under my SMS_xxx folder. Everything was working fine before the upgrade, and the upgrade seemed to go off without any errors. Can anyone shine some light on what has happened, and what I might be able to do to recover the OSD directory?

Thanks,

JJ

That was the guide I was following when I ran into the problem. I had finished the upgrade to SP1, and when my PXE boot wasn't working, I realized my boot images hadn't updated. I was following that to remove and add the ones from the ADK, However, the add routine fails every time at this point...

I looked at the sms_xxx directory on my server, and there is no OSD directory underneath it. I guess at some point during the upgrade it didn't get copied correctly. I'm just wondering where those files should have come from, and if there is anyway to add them to the server?
