pnyce24 Posted May 16, 2013 Report post Posted May 16, 2013 I'm planning to install a secondary site server in my SCCM 2012 SP1 hierarchy and wanted to know if I should install the SQL Express(which installs by default) or install a new instance of SQL server 2012 enterprise? My primary site server is currently running remotely on SQL Server 2012 SP1. Thanks, Paul
Fray Posted May 17, 2013 Report post Posted May 17, 2013 The express is working for me in 15 secondary site, but if you want the other version note that a license is more.
Fatima Posted May 29, 2013 Report post Posted May 29, 2013 Hello, I have a problem with my secondary Site, but I'm not sure if it's because I cannot do it like I'm doing. I have 2 domains in the same networks, in different subnets. I'm trying to install from the primary site console the Secondary Site but I have a lot of permision problems. Anyone knows If I can install the secondary site in a different domain, and where can I find an manual to do it? Thanks
