jgtran Posted May 23, 2013 Report post Posted May 23, 2013 Hi all, I hope someone can help me with this issue. Here's the situation: I just got hired into an environment that wasn't setup correctly. Somehow there are 400-500 out of 1000 workstations in the environment is not showing up in ConfigMgr even though the SCCM client package is installed on the workstation. What is the best solution on how to remediate this situation? Any hint would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, JT
Jorgen Nilsson Posted May 24, 2013 Report post Posted May 24, 2013 Hi, It could be many things, client problems, boundary issues, and so on. I would start by looking at a couple of the computers that are not reporting and check that the client can communicate with the MP, check the locationservices.log file on the client as well. Here are some good tips as well: http://blogs.technet.com/b/configurationmgr/archive/2009/08/10/troubleshooting-issues-where-clients-are-not-reporting.aspx Regards,Jörgen
