Error Deploy Client Based Internet

Hello friends.

I'm testing to implement Internet-based clients, now I have only internet based. I have my CA, I have already created web certificate. Now wonder.

The site is a primary, the primary customers want to manage the intranet and the Internet, this is possible, or I have to create a member server with POINT OF DIRECTORS and it iis configured to handle these customers?; Did the publication of certificate at the primary site, in defaultweb, but here I have the point of administration of the primary site, and now I have failed, the web server certificates did the same primary site and in the same place (default web site) where I have the point of administration of the primary site.
