SCCM 2012 CAS and Primary not communicate

Group, i have problem

 

I have 2 windows server 2012 virtual servers.
1 Create the CAS and other primary
Were communicating now I can not put more communication.
Reinstalled SCCM 2012 primary and did not work.
The cas normally access but access primary opem message ready-only
