PXE not installing WDS

Since I can't search "pxe" and "wds", I'm starting a new topic.

 

I'm trying to get pxe to work in sccm. Initially when I checked the pxe box in the dp, it looked as if it installed the wds service. But it wouldn't start up. Found this:

Is your SCCM server a member of the local admin on the server your trying to add PXE/WDS to?
