I have a batch file that will add local administrator account along with password, also sets the account to never expire. I have a SCCM 2012 OSD task sequence job setup, how do I add this batch file step to my existing task sequence. I know it it will be a command line but where do I put the step to apply it in TS?

If it is a batch file then create a package out of it...the program command line will be nameofbatch.bat.

Attach this package after the setup windows and configuration manager step.

 

Or

 

as you mentioned use a run command line step and reference the packaged batch file package.
