sccm agent not communicating with sccm server

Dear Sir,

hope youre doing well ,

i am having a problem with sccm 2012 sp1 agents .

1st problem is that after i install the agent , the computer is not communicating or taking the policies from sccm server MP .

i am having this in cmrcservice :

i check the registry seems like he is taking different policy .
