When use SCCM 2012 deploying an Applications, does user must requires approval?

I followed the SCCM 2012 guide

So far so good, I deploy one application - 7ZIP to Testing PC and complete without any issue.

 

 

However I must click Request button in Application Catalog of Software Center, once the request is apprival, I need click Install button to complete process.

 

In SCCM 2007, once set the advertisement schedule to application, Configuration Manager will take care everthing in client PC, the user don't need click any button.

Is there any way I can make it as SCCM 2007 deploy method in SCCM 2012?
