Clients showing no last logon user name, and domain

Question

Greetings everyone :) !

With reference to attached: NoLastLogonUserNameAndDomain.doc

I found a few SCCM clients having this issue:

Last Logon User Domain = <blank>

Last Logon User Name = <blank>

We're using SCCM 2012.

AD Forest, AD System, AD User, Heartbeat, and Network discovery are enabled,

scheduled once a week, except for Network which is once a month.

AD System and AD User delta discoveries were also enabled with interval of 5 minutes.

Tried searching for solution in the internet but wasn't able to find one.

I'm new in SCCM, and would greatly appreciate replies from you guys to get this fixed.

Thanks,

Bong

Hi,

Normally this is becuase there was no user logged on when the heartbeat was triggered and therefore there is no user domain and no last logged on user reported to SCCM. I would say this is as expected.
