Deploy Lync 2013, but before uninstall Lync 2010

Hello Friends, I need your help.
In the company all users have ms lync 2010; installed independently, but now I want to make a display of an unattended lync 2013, I read a lot, Lync 2013 is a setup.exe file, I've tried creating a task sequence before sending the package lync 2013, but it gives me error.
I put the command in the task sequence is setuplync2010/uninstall, only I want is uninstall the lync 2010 and later send it right there lync 2013 and it is run.

The sequence of tasks that I (setuplync2010/Uninstall) setuplync2010 file I have it on a network share. to which I rereferencia in the task sequence. GIVE ME THIS ERROR. 0X80070483
