SCCM 12 OSX Management Enrollment

When running the CMEroll command I get Server connection failed. HTTP Response code is 404 and reason is Not Found.

I feel as though something is not being installed properly, as I can not find any of the specific log files or directory's that I should be finding based on the documentation I am following.

Using these documents and following them exactly how there are.

Searching in event viewer found me these errors:

In my Event Viewer>Windows Logs>Application

I get the following Error: Site Component Manager failed to re-install this component on the site system for the following task category.

SMS_MP_DEVICE_MANAGER

SMS_AWEBSVC_CONTROLMANAGER

SMS_ENROLL_SERVER

SMS_ENROLL_WEB

SMS_PORTALWEB_CONTROL_MANAGER
