deploy package -sccm only when a user is logged on.. HELP

Hello friends, please send a package to a collection of pcs, to run when the user log in, checked the cache of the clients of the collection and copy the package, but does not run to log in, nothing happens .. wait a while and nothing happens, a two days and all, thanks for your help ... :D
