Report to show computers based on location

I have a couple device collections based on IP ranges and would like a report to show computers for those specific collections. Can someone help me with the coding please. I wish I could just export the list from the device collection

But I really do not know how to create these types of reports. How do I add prompt parameters using Report Builder 3.0?
