SCCM 2007 - MDT 2012 UDI TS - App Discovery Warning

Hello Windows Noob Guru's!

 

I am getting a warning during the app discovery pre-flight in my MDT 2012 UDI TS. I for life of me cannot fogure out why. All apps seem to install. I am deploy Windows 7 86 & 64 combined into a single WIM with around 20 or so applications.

 

Any ideas?
