Applications installations fails from distribution point

Using SCCM 2012 SP1. Deploying Windows 7 (PXE) from Primary Site location everthing works fine. From the distribution point (remote location) everything works except the applications in the task sequence. The task sequence section "setup operating system" works except the applications are not being installed, the rest of the sequence works fine. The applications are in the distribution point. What am I missing?

Hi,

Are you running the task seqeunce with "Access this content directly from DP" in that case it coould be related to BITS as the applications are Always dowloaded using BITS..

Thanks Jörgen. Found the solution, in the Application package - Distribution Settings, I checked Distribute the content for this package to preferred DPs and Automatically download content when packages are assigned to the DPs. Also in the Deployment Type, Content, under Deployment Options selected Download content from DP and run locally. Applications are working fine now.
