Retention Policy Tag

Dear All,

 

I need to make a retention policy tag, which work as the mails in inbox folder move to archive database after 7 days, but it is not allowing me to make such retention policy tag. it allows move to archive only on personal tags.

 

Please help me out.

Dear All,

I have creared Retention Policy Tag " Tag Type : Personal Tag, Age Limit : 7 Days, Action : Move to Archive " and a retention policy with this tag, which was attached on different mailboxes.

 

When i connect to my mail user client it looks there but not automatically implemented.

 

 

When i select the retention policy manually it works fine. is there any option available to implement it automatically.

 

 

Please help me out.
