SCSM EC 3.0 Deleting Mails

Hi,

 

cant seem to find any Info on this, but does any one know how the Connector treats the mailbox its monitoring?

 

We seem to have the problem that all mails in the Postbox of the account are being deleted.

 

This is a problem as, the mailbox is used as a general point of contact for the helpdesk.
