Damien Posted November 7, 2013 Report post Posted November 7, 2013 Guys, Wondering if you can have a look at this for us, we have crated 3 DPs for regional locations and the problem we’re having now is that client can’t find the local DP at the site. Client CAS.log says - The number of discovered DPs (including Branch DP and Multicast) is 0 4 boundary groups are created for each regional site with its VLAN as the boundary. Jayshaw91 Posted November 8, 2013 Report post Posted November 8, 2013 Try changing the connection to 'fast'. I think that may do the trick. Remember, that setting relates to the speed of the client to the DP - not the speed from the remote site back to the central office. If the local network is 100MB, and the clients and DP are in the same building, that's obviously fast. Make that change and report back if it helps. You may want to recycle the Agent Host after you make that change. Not sure if anything else should be restarted...
