chuiting Posted November 11, 2013 Report post Posted November 11, 2013 We are having an issue with setting the definition updates for Endpoint. Our policy currently is set to only allow updates from our SCCM server. However, when we look at our web traffic, we are constantly seeing clients going to ‘definitionupdates.microsoft.com’ This is causing a problem as we have hundreds of machines going to the internet to download these updates. To make it worse, we use Deepfreeze on a lot of our computers so that no changes can be saved (Education Environment). So every time these computers are booted, they are downloading the updates and causing a strain on our network. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
