disable sms 2003 client from reinstalling

Hello,


Noo-b here, I need some help trying to disable SMS 2003 client install on a Windows 7 client. We are doing side by side installation with SCCM 20012 and everytime we remove the SMS2003 client from the Windows 7 machine, the client is re-installed about 5 minutes later or after a reboot. We want the sccm 2012 client to override any SMS 2003 client installation after the SMS 2003 client is removed. Appreciate any help and suggestions you can provide. Thank you.
