Windows 8.1 - How to default computer name and bypass user account creation
With Windows 7 I was able to create an Unattend.xml and Sysprep.xml and run "Setup.exe /unattend .unattend.xml that would be in audit mode and create a core image ready for deployment.
On first boot sysprep.xml kicked in bypassing any screens and allowing me to run the scripts I wanted.
With Windows 8 on the first initial boot after making an image I am prompted with a Personalize and Setup Your Account (Microsoft Account or local account). How can I bypass these on the first boot as I do not need these to come up?
I created the unattend.xml and SysPrep using ADK and that is always what I used. Never had to use MDT and trying not to go there at this time.
Any help is appreciated.
