PXE Passwords

Hi Guys

 

We are running OSD from SCCM 2007, sometimes we need to image using F12 PXE and sometimes we use a Manditory TS

 

Now if passworded it needs this on both options

 

is there a way to Password only the PXE boot and not password the manditory TS phase?

setting the PXE password should only prompt for the password once, where are you seeing it prompt for a password again ?

Yes it shows on PXE boot rebuilding, this is good

 

But if i deploy using a manditory TS when windows is running then it shows when the TS reboots the machine, I want this to be automated

well you have to decide what is more important, security or zero touch, if you want zero touch then remove the password on the DP and instead insert it into the task sequence
