ERROR IN OSD PLEASE HELP

Hi

i am facing error Osd Setup Windows.exe - Application Error: The instruction at 0x768dc7d5 referenced memory at 0x0000001b. The memory could not be read. while deploying win 7 (migrating from XP)

Below is the error i am getting in smsts log file.

1)Failed to run the action: Apply Operating System.
Unknown error (Error: C0000005; Source: Unknown)
