The next step is to find the manufacture of the network card, then use there drivers to inject into boot image. For dell there driver packages are renamed. For example the Intel 1217-LM driver is really the Intel Pro 1000 and uses a different inf file. This is very important. Also, don't put the Dell cab files in the task sequence, you will get some random storage errors upon task sequence completion.
